Our Process

Apply on the Compassionate Solutions website. A minimum of 2-years of acute care nursing experience is required.

Complete the CGFNS Visa Screen: Visa Credentials Assessment Service and the CGFNS Certification Program.

Pass the NCLEX-RN examination for the state you wish to practice in.

Upon completion of steps 1-3, Compassionate Solutions will petition for an RN immigrant Visa on your behalf.

Complete employee health requirements, required trainings, and skills checklists.
