How Is URNURSE Different?
URNURSE goes beyond traditional staffing by offering a two-day structured orientation for all clinicians at each participating facility.
Day 1:
-
Facility navigation and systems access
-
IT setup and troubleshooting
-
Orientation to a lower-acuity unit (e.g., Mother-Baby, Stepdown, Med-Surg)
Day 2:
-
Orientation to a high-acuity unit (e.g., ICU, CCU, ED, L&D, PICU)
After each shift, both the staff member and the facility can complete a brief performance review. These ratings—focused on experience, strengths, and areas for improvement—are added to the clinician’s profile, ensuring transparency and accountability for future placements.
Compassionate Solutions, LLC handles all recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, including:
-
Background checks
-
Drug screening
-
Immunization verification
-
Credentialing
-
Reference checks
Facilities receive detailed candidate profiles to ensure the right clinical fit for their team and patient population.
